Vintage shop counter
A beautiful oak shop counter with paneled sides. This item is like an old plan chest and could be used as such.
This stunning oak shop counter dating from the turn of the century has a set of drawers to the right with the original brass cup handles and a large cupboard opening to the left.
The two paneled doors open to reveal a flat shelf section with five separate sliding shelves. These shelves were used for years in an artists supply shop to store paper. These shelves could easily be removed and one large shelf inserted in the center.
There’s lots of storage space in the drawers too. The drawer section has its own flat top and can be moved away from the other section if required.
This piece would be great in an artists studio or a clothes shop, or indeed any shop looking for that vintage look.
